Tech stack

We recommend you use Salesforge, Instantly or Smartlead to automate your cold email sending.

Use the discount code: ILOVETWEETSCRAPER for 50% off the first month on Salesforge.

For domains we recommend either GoDaddy, Google domains or Namecheap.

For email accounts we recommend Google or Microsoft.

If you plan on setting up a large volume of email accounts then we recommend you use Inframail or InboxFlow instead. Both will save you lots of money and will also automate most of the technical setup including SPF, DMARC, DKIM, Custom domain tracking, etc.

Domains

To maximize your cold email deliverability, it is strongly recommend that you only send from business type email accounts (@company.com.) Sending from gmail.com, outlook.com accounts are more likely to be marked as spam.

To avoid risking the reputation of your main domain you can create multiple alternative domains that look similar to your main domain. For example if your main domain is tweetscraper.io, you can then create domains like: tweetscraper.com, trytweetscraper.com, gettweetscraper.com, etc.

You can forward all these alternative domains to your main domain. This way when someone searches up your alternative domain it will redirect them to your main website.

Email accounts

We recommend you create 2-3 email accounts per domain. And to only send 30-50 emails per account. This will help keep your reputation and deliverability good. To scale up your cold email campaigns, simply just buy more domains and email accounts.
